Time flies, and the struggles in the first half of the year have been deeply engraved in the development history of Shuangyou Group. Under the spiritual banner of “striving for progress, planning for the future, and climbing to the top together”, we take “goals engraved on steel plates and methods engraved on the beach” as the action code to steadily advance various tasks. At this moment, we gather together for a mid-year review, which is not only a profound look back at the past, but also to accumulate strength to move forward and attack higher peaks.

Review of the first half of the year: All departments forge ahead and build a solid foundation

At this mid-year time node, we review and summarize each department, not only to review the past gains and losses, but also to clarify the direction of the second half of the year and gather strength to move towards a higher goal.

The performance of the International Station Business Department has steadily increased, the VIP Customer Service Department is expected to complete the annual target in the third quarter, and although Director Zheng of the Home Textile Factory Department spoke on stage for the first time, he spoke very carefully about the content of the PPT, as well as the gradual stabilization of C-end operations, the exposure of various domestic social media platforms, and the platform traffic of the International Station Operation Department in the first half of the year increased year-on-year, and the inquiry base doubled.

Reflection on the past: Focus on problems and work together to improve

While affirming the achievements, we must also be aware of the shortcomings in our work. Sister Yi pointed out that some departments still have barriers in work collaboration and communication efficiency needs to be improved; some employees are not detailed enough and in-depth enough in the performance of their job responsibilities.

In response to these problems, we must focus on improvement and continue to improve. All departments should strengthen communication and collaboration, break departmental boundaries, and form a working synergy. Every employee must have a deep understanding of their job responsibilities, continue to learn and improve professional skills, hold themselves to higher standards, and pursue excellence in their work.
