Crushed velvet is very popular this year and we are producing more than 100,000 pieces of crush velvet tablecloth every month. Let me show you how it is produced.
This is first step of production, quality controller is checking the fabric weight, color, width if reach the standard. After everything is OK, they will cut the velvet fabric into required size.
Second Step, all the cut pieces will be sent to the sewing area here. Before sewing, they will measure the size again to make sure they will make the correct size product.
Third step, after sewing process, the packing workers will trim the extra thread of the drapery carefully, also as the last important step of quality inspection, they will pick out the defective pieces during the packing process.
