The first quarter of 2025 is a battlefield full of challenges and opportunities. The ever-changing market and fierce competition in the industry have not stopped us from moving forward. Every late night overtime, every fierce customer negotiation, and every repeated polishing of the quotation plan have turned into shining medals, allowing our efforts to be clearly seen.
At this moment, the payment of commission is the best reward for past sweat. It is worth celebrating that two partners have reached a new level in their careers this quarter! One partner successfully passed the probation period and was promoted to a junior salesperson with outstanding performance, completing the transformation from a newcomer to a professional player; the other partner was promoted from a junior to a mid-level salesperson with his excellent business ability, becoming the backbone of the team.
